The automation system of 3450mm plate mill was imported from a foreign company. Rollware replaced the system with Pras. The projected begun in April,2014 and was finished in October, 2014. The yield ratio was upgraded by 1.2% and the gauge deviation was narrowed to 0.1mm along the plate length.
